This paper contrasts a Bolognese postverbal subject construction and other grammars with the common Romance one (also in Bolognese) that has longdistance full agreement of tensed verb Case Licensed subject, an expletive satisfying EPP. In new data, is absent, special clitic occurs, person restricted.Lack also raises questions about its licensing.The Minimalist proposal like can specify feature set on theexpletive checks EPP this it thus independent second nominalin domain sole Licensing probe, T. specified expletiveis shown to explain all properties data.
